Pro Evolution Soccer 2012 (PES shortened to 2012 and known officially as the World Soccer: Winning Eleven 2012 in Asia) is a video game which is the eleventh edition of the Pro Evolution Soccer series developed and published by Konami with production assistance from the Blue Sky team. Lionel Messi, who has become a cover star for the series since PES 2009, PES 2008 is replaced by the cover stars Cristiano Ronaldo, while Shinji Kagawa replace Messi as the cover star for the Japanese version. The U.S. and Latin America cover features Neymar Santos players and Cristiano Ronaldo.
As with previous versions of the game, it will be exclusively licensed by UEFA to contain the Champions League, European League and the UEFA Super Cup UEFA competitions along with a license from the CONMEBOL Copa Libertadores Santander to feature. Governing referee the Champions League, UEFA Europa League and UEFA Super Cup match will be put on the official UEFA Champions League uniform, which is a first for the series.
On July 28, 2011, Konami confirmed that PES 2012 will be released for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Microsoft Windows on October 14, 2011 in Europe and October 6, 2011 in Japan [6] In 2011 Gamescom announced. That the PlayStation Portable and PlayStation 2 versions will follow on October 28, 2011, and Wii on November 4, 2011. Publisher has also confirmed that a version for Nintendo 3DS and IOS format is also in development, with a firm date for the follow.
There are two demos, which both released for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC. The first is based on a preview build of the game and was released on August 24, 2011 for the PlayStation 3 and PC, [although because of "problems on both sides" by Jon Murphy, PES Team Leader, was not released on the Xbox 360. The second demo was released September 14 in the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC.
Gameplay
PES 2012 Gameplay is mainly a refinement of PES 2011, with major changes of less than previous iterations, but many small improvements and changes in various fields such as artificial intelligence, speed, animation, and physics.
Among the new features are Teammate control system, in which the secondary player can control, either during play or at set piece or throw-in. This allows the player to be placed precisely, making runs, and shake off before calling a ball marker. Manual and assisted version of the feature is available for various levels of difficulty and control.
The referee has been improved and includes a full implementation of the advantage rule, the referee pulled play back for bookings after the ball out of the play.The "catch-up bug", where the defenders will catch the attacker to dribble too easily, regardless of the speed of the attacker, will be addressed. Gameplay is more liquid, with a better response when controlling the ball, and the goalkeeper has been improved with new animation and performances are generally more reliable goalkeeper.
Artificial intelligence has increased over the previous PES games, such as AI players will play more seriously when defending not only apply pressure, and AI teammates will make more intelligent decisions motion.

Thanks to an exclusive agreement with UEFA and CONMEBOL, UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, UEFA Super Cup and the Copa Santander Libertadores is fully licensed. The tournament is integrated into the life, the new football mode, which features the Master League mode and become the Legend mode, and for the first time, Club Boss mode. Life mode also includes the Master League Football Online mode, however, a fan favorite Suited 2v2 rating was removed from the Xbox 360 version due to "internal decision".
As with previous versions, there are also two separate leagues with 18 teams empty (PES League and League D2), each fully editable. All the team is pure fiction. UEFA Europa League, European Super Cup and the League of PES and D2 is a feature not included in the PSP version of the game.
